Tsunami is about a galactic ship that travels the universe cleaning planets. Earth shows up on the schedule and they get to work. The lyrics are the point of view of the captain, but as his day dream...and that is more of a barbaric approach to cleaning the planet. Where as the space ship takes a more humane approach by just zapping everyone at once, quick and easy.
There is even an explanation to earthlings, that this is not because they did anything, its just part of the scheduled celestial maintenance.

Bring them to me, bring the pile of bones of their families, they'll try to run spare no one please.
We come in peace, not the kind of peace you're used to seeing, please gather 'round now sing with me!
OooooooooooOOOooOOOOoooo!
Not here to play, just another job on another day, its scheduled last one for today.
Behold the beast, and decoder ring of prophecy, please gather 'round now sing with me!
OooooooooooOOOooOoOoooo!
**Your soul is fine, even though you war and parasite, this is not to punish you for crimes, or for all the sins of human kind.
For some reason, what I previewed and the real songs was somewhat different - maybe because of the cover art?
But I definitely don't regret something more spacial than expected. The recent Ocean drifting in space. frankwurst
The flac version of this sounds great in my truck... not a crunch, clip or boom to be heard. That, in itself, gets this major points.
This is a lovely combination of early Floyd, U2 and a few San Francisco bands from the '60s with a heavy dose of Helmet tossed in. It's definitely best of breed when it comes to modern psych stuff. Even without a Hammond B3, it gets an easy A+... rick-taylor
